Shipping Policy
Free Ground Shipping for online orders over $100.00 shipped to the continental United States. Services used may include UPS, FedEx, and USPS at our discretion.
Items that are discounted, marked as clearance or closeout, on special sale, or items that are drop shipped from other warehouses do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska and outside the USA will have to contact us for the shipping charge. Please check the appropriate shipping method during checkout.
Wholesale customers are not eligible for the free shipping offer.
If you refuse delivery of your order or return your item(s), the original shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. Exchanged items will be charged shipping fees.
International customers are responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes associated with the their shipments.
Select items are not able to be shipped via express services or to destinations outside of the United States. You will be contacted if your order needs to be modified or canceled.
In stock items are typically shipped from our Las Vegas, NV location. Items will ship within 1 business day using the most practical method available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy: Satisfaction Guaranteed, Return Policy: Radios 4 Racing wants you to be happy with your purchase decision. If for any reason your order does not live up to your expectations, you can return that purchase within 45 days from the date of purchase on your receipt for a refund or exchange. All returns must be complete and in the original condition. If items are used or purchased more than 45 days ago, they must have prior written approval of Radios 4 Racing Customer Service and are subject a restocking fee. All returns at that time will be adjusted by merchandise exchange only (no cash refunds). Batteries, Earpieces, and Helmet Kits are non-refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
